Webinaire « The Trade and Co-Operation Agreement : Central Legal Issues », du 16 février 2021

The TCA was agreed at the 11th hour, just days before the end of the transition period. It will shape UK-EU legal relations hereafter, and that remains so notwithstanding possible further supplementary agreements. This webinar focuses on four of the central legal issues that constitute the core of the TCA: the provisions relating to goods; services, including the prospects for financial services; law enforcement and judicial cooperation in criminal matters;
and the level playing field. The webinar brings together four scholars with expertise in these respective areas and will provide a valuable guide to this complex terrain.

This event will be hosted on the third-party platform Zoom and is free for UKAEL members – please visit our website http://www.ukael.org for our various membership options.
