Cristina Pauner is Associate professor in Constitutional law at the Universitat Jaume I and member of the PRODADEF Research Group (Data Protection and Fundamental Rights).She has conducted and participated in
european projects on certification (CRISP project) and cooperation among data protection authorities (PHAEDRA project) and various national projects on the impact of GDPR. Her scientific production focuses on freedom of expression and information, privacy and data protection.
Jorge Viguri is a PhD Student in Constitutional Law at the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón (UJI). He has a Master’s Degree in Legal Practice (2014-2016) and was involved in the european project on certification
(CRISP project). He widened his studies at the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg (2016), and the Poznań Human Rights Centre (2017). His scientific production focuses on
privacy and data protection including certification schemes and the impact of European Dactyloscopy System (Eurodac) on asylum seekers.
