In the following sections, we have focused our attention on the main points established by the Italian current scheme of the legislative decree of harmonization of the Italian law with the enforcement of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, which provides, at the art 27, the partial abrogation of the legislative decree n. 196 of 2003, that is the Italian Personal Data Protection Code.
