Le 25 octobre 2018 est organisée à Nice un séminaire sur « Space of Flows and the Law » (voir pièce jointe).Benjamin Bowling (king’s College) présentera sa recheche sur « Global Policing ».Jean-Sylvestre Bergé (U. Nice – Côte d’Azur) présentera son travail sur « Full Movement Beyond Control and the Law ». La discussion sera animée par Guillemine Taupiac-Nouvel (U. de Pau-Bayonne).

L’objectif du séminaire est de discuter la pertinence de cette référence à l’existence d’un « Espace de flux » pour désigner de manière unitaire l’appréhension juridique de phénomènes complexes de circulation transnationale.

Ce séminaire prend part à un cycle doctoral annuel sur le thème : « Approches pluridisciplinaires et comparées des phénomènes dans la globalisation » organisé conjointement par l’IUF (Projet IFITIS – 2016-2021), l’UCA, le GREDEG et le CNRS.

Jean-Sylvestre Bergé (U. Nice – Côte d’Azur) will present his work on « Full Movement Beyond Control and the Law ». The discussion will be moderated by Guillemine Taupiac-Nouvel (U. of Pau-Bayonne).

The aim of the seminar is to discuss the relevance of the reference to the existence of a « flow Space » to designate to a unitary manner the legal understanding of complex phenomena of transnational movement.

This seminar takes part in an annual doctoral cycle on the theme: « Multidisciplinary and Comparative Approaches to Phenomena in Globalization » organized jointly by the IUF (IFITIS Project – 2016-2021), UCA, GREDEG and CNRS.
