The Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law (MPI) will offer a limited number of scholarships to foreign Ph.D. students in 2020. The grants (EUR 1.500 per month) are allocated for up to six months to doctoral candidates who would like to carry out research in one of the MPI’s fields of research.
