On 3 March 2020, Mishcon de Reya LLP will host a conference on Bringing claims for mass data-breaches. The event is convened by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) and will bring together leading practitioners, policy makers and academics to discuss the complex legal issues arising from such claims. Confirmed speakers include Adam Rose (Mishcon de Reya LLP), Brian Johnston (Mason Hayes & Curran, Dublin) and Neil Purslow (Therium Capital Management Limited). The event will be chaired by Diana Wallis (University of Hull; formerly Vice-President, European Parliament).
