The second joint symposium organised by European Society of International Law in collaboration with the Court of Justice of the European Union will be held at the Court on 14 June 2019.

The theme of the symposium is « Adjudicating the International Responsibility of the EU » and the speakers include judges at the Court and ESIL members.

The keynote speech will be by Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission.
